Key Responsibilities
Directs and coordinates Security Personnel, ensuring Seamless Operations while delivering an exceptional Guest and FIVE Tribe Member experience.
Liaises with Government and Law Enforcement agencies, fostering Strong Relationships and coordinating efforts to maintain the highest standards of security.
Organises Patrols of the property's boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, and public spaces, employing a ‘FIVE-Star’ approach to ensure a Safe Environment.
Collaborates with FIVE’s Group Director of Security on critical matters, embracing the sensational Security Team's vision and adhering to local Safety Regulations and Emergency Procedures.
Maintains open Communication and cultivates Remarkable Relationships across all hotel areas, embodying the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ throughout all interactions.
Coordinates additional security personnel for conference and banqueting functions, curating a Next-Level Security Experience.
Assist the hotel in complying with local Fire Safety and Safety Legislation, showcasing Unwavering Commitment to ensuring the Compliance of the Security Department is Top Notch.
Conducts Comprehensive Tours to prevent fire hazards, ensures safe means of escape, and maintains a high level of security throughout the property.
Investigates thefts discreetly and reports incidents with a delicate and tactful approach, informing Local Authorities where appropriate.
Collaborates with the Group Director of Security on the implementation of Company Policies and Guides, exhibiting Industry-Leading Expertise.
Directs and coordinates Security Personnel, leveraging exquisite skills and knowledge to implement cutting-edge safety and security procedures and provide assistance to other Departments.
Prepares detailed Incident Reports and Monthly Security Reports, showcasing meticulous Attention to Detail that matches FIVE's Award-Winning Reputation.
Liaises with Department Heads to ensure all FIVE Tribe Members are aware of their security responsibilities.
Plans, delivers, and facilitates regular FIVE Tribe Awareness Training, promoting a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that the FIVE Tribe remains at the forefront of all Security Practises.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Company terrorist procedures, conveying this knowledge to FIVE Tribe Members and aligning it with FIVE’s First-in-Class approach to Security.
Displays in-depth knowledge of hotel Fire and Emergency Procedures, embracing the FIVE Tribe's instinctive ability to adapt and respond swiftly to critical situations.
Manages Key Control across all Departments, instilling confidence in FIVE's premium Security Measures and maintaining the highest standards.
Addresses any FIVE Tribe misconduct promptly and effectively, ensuring that eating, drinking, or smoking within Guest rooms and public areas is Strictly Prohibited.
Embraces the role of an assistant in the esteemed Fire Brigade Team, delivering Next-Level support during critical situations and contributing to the FIVE Tribe's visionary approach to safety.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Banquets, Culinary, and Beverage, to coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences for clients.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management, or a related industry.
A minimum of 4-5 years' experience leading a security department in a resort/ hotel.
Possession of a valid Security Manager License through UAE authority SIRA is mandatory. Any additional training or certifications related to security will be considered a plus.
Utmost Confidentiality and the ability to manage Confidential Information in a discreet manner, adhering to strict privacy and data protection protocols.
Extensive knowledge of Security Protocols and Procedures, this includes a comprehensive understanding of industry best practises, threat assessment, risk management, emergency response, and incident reporting.
A strong understanding of UAE Laws, and Health and Safety Regulations.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A welcoming and enthusiastic nature to elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
