Site Security Manager - Construction Security (OCONUS)

IDS is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to support a construction security effort. This role will be based in Bahrain and is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact regarding security on the construction site
Serve as the designated lead for construction site security and primary point of contact for coordinating and overseeing all facets of site-specific security for the project
Implement all aspects of the Construction Security Plans (CSP)
Maintain direct contact with the COR

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and Special Instructions governing construction surveillance functions, in accordance with the ICD 705, the DoD 5105.22-M-Volumes 1, 2, 3.
Experience overseeing security integrity of a construction site
Experience documenting security violations or deviations from CSPs
Experience implementing procedures to deny unauthorized site access

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
