Full TimePosition Overview:

Lead, Manage and Plan the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly functional of the Loss Prevention Department to ensure a protection of Capella Bangkok assets, colleagues, guests, owner visitors, contractors, sub-coordinator, neighborhoods and Company.
Perform & Maintains Loss Prevention logs, certifications and documents required by law and Capella Bangkok standards.
Coach, Mentor and Consultant of all Loss Prevention Supervisor, colleagues and Capella Bangkok Crisis & Emergency Team, Fire & Life Safety, Occupational Health Safety & Environment Procedures, Loss Prevention & Technical Procedures
Implements and continue improvement Capella Bangkok Fire & Life Safety Procedures.
Focuses on ensuring guests, owner and colleagues Fire & Life Safety satisfaction while achieving the operating P&L /budget.

The Role:

Managing Loss Prevention Operations:

Lead Loss Prevention Team in administering Fire & Life Safety preventive programs and Crisis & Emergency preparedness and responsiveness.
Planning and Conducts Fire hazards and Risk assessments in Capella Bangkok, include Occupational Health Safety Assessment, incident tracking, and hazards abatement process.
Implements and follow "Emergency & Crisis Management Plan" procedures to ensure that all areas are Safe & Secure and eliminate affect at the appropriate times/ situations.
Compliance with applicable Capella Bangkok Standards, Local Laws and Secure & Safety regulations.
Implements and Controls proper Visitors and Contactors permit guidelines in loss prevention and in Capella Bangkok.
Monitoring & Developing daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for Fire Alarm System, Emergency Public Annunciator Systems, Key Control, CCTV equipment, Access doors, Patrolling and Life Saving concerns to ensure that they are fully functional.
Incorporate into patrols, which encompass all areas of Capella Bangkok's interior and exterior, an inspection tour of recording system.
Provides personal or individual assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as co-workers, guests, colleagues, neighborhoods or patients.
Monitors and Follows up on an unusual or a criminal activity in and around the Capella Bangkok that would impair the wellbeing of guests, colleagues and third parties.
Supportive, manage and handles all Fire and Life Safety complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, colleagues disciplinary or otherwise negotiating with others.



Loss Prevention Department:

Encourages and motivate Loss Prevention members and builds Capella Bangkok CANNON, Standards, Hotel's product knowledge, Room standards and cooperation with Rooms Division and all hotel's colleagues.
Controls and Communicates the importance of fire & life safety procedures to ensuring all colleagues understanding in each detailing procedure and monitoring processes.
Identifies and planning needs of Loss Prevention members to coach, mentor and continue to improve knowledge and skills.
Provides guidance and direction to Loss Prevention Team, sub-ordinates/ Security Sub-contract, including setting performance standards, monitoring and evaluate performance.
Be as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team, to maintain, advocates sound and saving of financial/business, and be a decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity leads by example.


Ensuring Loss Prevention maintain Guest Service Satisfaction:

Controls and Meets Capella Bangkok guest's satisfaction standards, Forbes, Trip advisor and etc., on a daily basis.
Identifies the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or Coaching to Loss Prevention Team and Colleagues.
Inspects, observe and critiques the performance of the loss prevention team to establish and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.


Additional Responsibilities:

Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solving to preventing problems.
Develops liaison with local law and emergency service enforcement.
Informs and/or updates the EAM-rooms and Guidance Teams, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
Provides information to supervise a co-workers, subordinates and outsource by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
