5 years of MARSEC Instructor experience.
5 years of TL/MSO experience.
STCW 95 Basic Safety (4 modules)

Firearms Competency Certificate
Discharge certificate from military, or equivalent, service
Criminal Record Background Check
Medical Test Certificate (ENG-1 or equivalent)
Psychometric testing (on request)
RRTSIA Maritime Security Operator (MSO) Course
EUMETACOM Maritime Tactical Medicine (MTM) Course
WDC or RRTSIA Member.
B2 level of English.
