This position is responsible for physical security control and company assets control such as Security guard management, CCTV system management, Drug-free workplace project, Part loss prevention, and investigation.
Job Description
- Monitoring gate in-out activity (Human, Vehicle, and Property)
- Conduct drug tests inside the factory.
- Conduct investigation and proposal for consideration.
- Manage and control the operation of security guards.
- Report daily and monthly performance of security guards.
- Risk assessment and follow-up accordingly.
- Coordinate with other departments in relation to the ongoing development of the security System, Security procedures, associated documentation requirements with the plans and proposals.
- Monitoring yearly Security reports of investigation status, corrective action, and preventive plan.
Job Specification
- 5 years of working experience in Security guard management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
