At Eni, we are looking for a Risk Advisor within Mellita Oil & Gas in Libya, north Africa. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring programmes and procedures for the protection of Eni personnel, physical assets, productions facilities and other Company’s assets in accordance with Eni’s Policy. Responsible of supporting all physical, electronic, and procedural security processes and programs. Ensuring the site is fully compliant with Eni’s Minimum-Security Requirements (MSR), and regulatory requirements as they relate to the security of people, facilities, product, materials, and Company reputation.
As a member of Security team at Mellita Oil & Gas you will be responsible for:
Plan, develop and implement security plan and programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Incident Management and/or Investigation.
Manage, develop and review Eni’s Physical Security Program and coordinate physical security activities across the local organization (onshore & offshore);
prepare and follow up security budget as well as monitor service performance against Company KPI;
Prepare, supervise and manage security contracts, ensuring compliance with Eni standards of service;
Establish security information networks and provide “real-time” security advice to management and staff;
Provide support to The Employer when analysing security risk and provide security and crime prevention advice to company employees;
Develop security awareness among staff through training and management;
Intervene promptly, together with The Employer, when a dangerous situation arises and threatens the safety of employees, contractors and third-parties as well as protecting the asset and Eni's reputation; Assist in emergency and contingency planning;
Establish and maintain effective liaison with local governmental authorities, security forces, and other relevant national and international organisations;
Perform controls aimed at achieving security objectives, providing specialized support to the Employer;
Liaise with Eni Central Security Function to ensure best practice standards are maintained;
Be a local focal point for all security related topics – both related to HQ and branches.
Support, advice and guide internal stakeholders on physical security related questions and issues.

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry (desirable);
Previous Military, Law Enforcement and/or related government protective security experience is highly appreciated
experience as security management;
Experience in project and budgetary management;
Experience from working with security in complex organizations.
Experience from working with technical security systems (CCTV, intrusion alarms, access management systems etc.).
Relevant academic background from the security domain or other similar area.
Full professional proficiency English (spoken and written) with other languages as plus):
Must possess negotiation skills and have demonstrated knowledge of diplomacy when dealing with multi-cultural issues for all stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office 365.
Writing and presentations skills
Travel may be required.
