With general autonomy, under general guidance of the regional security manager, responsible for security within a country, including managing investigations and ensuring employee security. Supervises security personnel and contracted security agencies. Responsible for reviewing countrywide security landscape on a daily basis and providing analysis as required to operations management. Produces Security Emergency Response Plans and drives effective implementation of those plans. Develops business practice framework for equipment and documentation and maintains framework to ensure compliance across all facilities. Investigates and provide reports on all security incidents that involve breach of security procedures, injuries, thefts, etc and is responsible for communicating as applicable such incidents to senior leadership. Monitors the security services of contract security guards and personnel to ensure appropriate coverage at all times. Has financial accountability for personnel and agency contractors as well as budgetary responsibilities. Requires an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in law enforcement, military or Corporate Security environments including formal security training, investigations, and management experience. Country specific knowledge and experience is required.
