KBR is looking for Security Supervisor – Assurance for 28/28 rotation to be based in Basra,Iraq.
Job Summary
Supports the security department lead (KBR SM) in managing and implementing EPCM security standards, and assist with the audit implementation across KBR projects and maintain effective communication between the EPCM Security Manager and relevant parties to ensure security standards are as per MOSS or site-specific prevailing security standards.

Job Summary

Job Responsibility, Skills & Experience
Strong audit experience, ideally has ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor accreditation and a sound understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Security Policies.The ability to conduct audits to ensure adherence to set standards.
Identify compliance issues.
Ensuring written security policies and regulations are suitable.
Providing input to KBR Security Management documentation and plans.
Advise KBR SM regarding contractor compliance issues on the field.
Excellent English language abilities (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong people skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience and very good experience as Security Supervisor
Iraqi nationals Preferred
Very strong MS Office skillset.
Liaise directly with LN Security POCs.
Previous experience of having worked with government offices, or oil & gas industry an advantage.
Integrity
Good interpersonal skills.
Full clean driving license.
Assist with any other tasks, as required by the KBR SM.
Apply
