Description:
Security Manager oversee asset protection for our clients, from the protection of people and staff to the prevention of theft and inventory loss. You will develop and implement security standards and ensure that they are followed by all company staff. As a Security Manager, you manage a budget for security operations and hiring security staff.
You will be based and work from our Dubai office but will also be working virtually on other duties and tasks .
To succeed as a Security Manager, you must have excellent communication and organization skills to communicate with clients and manage security operations.

Requirements:
Seven (7) years proven field security experience, with at least five (5) years in security management
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Security Licence
Experience using relevant technology and equipment
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Outstanding teambuilding and leadership skills
Working knowledge of any required computer programs and security technology
Ability to monitor surveillance systems and respond to emergency situations
Ability to pay close attention to details
Interest in protecting the people and assets within the organization or company.

Commensurate with experience, bonus pay and benefits package.
