The Country Security Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security management of all organization premises and project sites, ensuring a permanent monitoring and assessment of the security situation in country, as well as reviewing and implementing organization security management guidelines and protocols. He/she will also advise the Country Director and Senior Management Team on all issues of safety and security and provide appropriate security training and mentoring.

Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of field experience in unstable areas; preferably in Africa, Asia or the Middle East;
Contingent experience in procedures and security management;
Competence established in communication and organization;
Ability to train, mobilize and manage national and international teams;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work in an unstable and changing environment;
Be ready to work and live in remote areas under simple conditions;
Ability to be creative and independent, in the field and in the office;
Contingent experience in procedures and security management;
Competence established in communication and organization;
Ability to train, mobilize and manage national and international teams;
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work in an unstable and changing environment;
Be ready to work and live in remote areas under simple conditions;

Conditions
Salary defined by the organization salary scale according to the level of education, expertise, level of security and level of experience: between 3000 and 4200 € monthly net (before income taxes)
Monthly living expenses allowance $ 300
Guesthouse accommodation and food supported by organization
Social security, mutual insurance (MSH) and repatriation assistance (SOS International) supported by organization.
Transport to the mission and return ticket fully supported every 6 months (to the address specified on the employment contract)
Visa fees covered by organization.
R&R every 3 months (airline ticket supported up to $ 500 + additional compensation of $ 200)
A week of preparation for departure including 4 days of safety training in immersion
Possibility of having a 30-minute call with a tax consultant
Psychological support (meeting with a professional)
Guesthouse accommodation and food supported by organization
Social security, mutual insurance (MSH) and repatriation assistance (SOS International) supported by organization.
