We are looking for an experienced Close Protection Operative/Personal Assistant to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual based in London and Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of personal and security-related services to our client, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and privacy are always maintained and that their day-to-day life runs seamlessly.
Main duties and responsibilities
Providing close protection to the client and ensuring the client's personal safety and security.
Assist with daily diary management, scheduling appointments/meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage the client's household security, including the management of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Help manage the client's personal affairs
Providing logistical support during travel, including making arrangements for transportation and accommodation.
Liaising with other members of the client's team, including household staff
Travelling with the client, primarily to New York and California, on business trips as required
Key requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in private households
Ex-military experience is highly desirable
A valid SIA Close Protection license or close protection training
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when required.
Happy to travel
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
