Must have completed recognised apprenticeship within an electrical discipline.
Previous Electrical experience required
Familiar with Low Voltage electrical systems; 50 hz of various voltages
Must be fully able to fully converse in the English language. (IELTS Level 4)
Capable of working with limited supervision
Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of UK health or safety legislation and an ability to carry out risk assessments and propose actions for risk control/management.
Be capable of passing medical/security checks to hold a UK MoD Contractors ID card
Desirable:

Experience of working on operations in austere remote sites or in developing nations
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Working with and mentoring of Company selected sub-contractor on all elements of electrical installation.
Responsible for carrying out and completing electrical inspection works.
Inspection, installation, fault finding and repair of electrical installations and Fire Alarm systems.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety at Works Act and the KBR Zero Harm HSE policies.
Capable of working unsupervised operating within a project management structure.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with site safe systems of work.
Filling out electrical installation reports, logbooks, quality assurance inspections and all paperwork relating to associated electrical tasks such as risk assessments and method statements.
