To assess security risks, and to design, coordinate the security plan for natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit (including construction, commissioning, and operative gas infrastructure in the country).
To manage the incident response for natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit (including construction, commissioning, and operative gas infrastructure in the country).
To supervise the technical, and physical security resources for natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit (including construction, commissioning, and operative gas infrastructure in the country).
To oversee the security culture for employees and excluded contractors working for natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit (including construction, commissioning, and operative gas infrastructure in the country).
Primary duties:
a) Key ObjectivesApply security and incident security plans for natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit (including construction, commissioning, and operative gas infrastructure in the country).
Ensure conformance with all TC Energía Corporate and Mexico Security policies from employees and excluded contractors.

b) ResponsibilitiesTo conduct security vulnerability assessments for gas, and administrative facilities in Mexico Business Unit.
To consolidate Security plans for Major Projects o Operational systems, as required
To consolidate Journey Management plans for Major Projects o Operational systems, as required
To conduct security risk assessments to facilities for accommodation (hotels/pool houses/residencies) and submit a mitigation plan.
To respond to security incident reports in natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit.
To report immediately to Mexico Security lead, and to the project/regional manager any security incident report in natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit.
To report periodically security context to project/regional manager, in natural gas systems in Mexico Business Unit.
To collaborate with the Security Control Centre with all project/regional related travel management; this includes the monitoring of employees and visitors throughout Mexico, ensuring compliance with Integrity, Operations, and Projects security requirements.
Review and approve a monthly statistics analysis of the realized visits to the areas of TC Energía operations & projects.
Responsible of the administration and safe keeping of provided material.
Oversee, review, approve the compilation in a single database the security reports and relevant news of security gaps that occur in the TC Energía locations and its surroundings.
Oversee the georeferenced informs of the security incidents event.
Supervise the delivery and assignment of TC Energía material under the department custody.
Collaborate with the TC Energía personnel data base maintenance.
Conduct security briefs for business visitors.
Coordinate and be the principal liaison with the federal highway authorities for incidents or when deemed appropriate.
Supervise a documented daily register of all journeys and passengers via the Daily Electronic Tracking Board (DETB)
Oversee the accurate and timely accountability of project personnel and project assets (vehicles)
Review and approve a bi-weekly security reports; the use of the JMP and traffic safety violations.
Effectively coordinate with the Security Control Centre to ensure Journey management continues during non-business hours.
Oversee the management of the Access Control systems, Intruder Detection System, analyzing activations and dispatching appropriate personnel.
Supervise the monitoring CCTV systems and report technical problems.
Review CCTV recordings to assist in investigations.
Supervise the operative, and corporate policies

Education/Experience
Qualifications/ Experience:
Graduate.
An 80% minimum of English level.
1 years’ experience in administration (not mandatory)
Working hours 8hr shifts.
Or if qualified by experience:

2 years’ experience in Security coordination in Mexico for O&A projects/operations
2 years’ experience in Corporate and Physical Security Management.
