Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the security management industry or other security specialization
Chinese language fluency
Strong ability to focus on customer service and to build trust and rapport with people from all cultures and backgrounds
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred: experience in emergency management and first aid training
Preferred: work experience in the Philippines or other relative expertise
Preferred: English working fluency.

Description
Based in the Metro Manila, this position is responsible for security management in the Philippines. Working closely with regional security management and local country stakeholders.
This position is embedded within a large China headquartered MNC and as such requires a Chinese national.
Role tasks and responsibilities:
Producing weekly and monthly security related reports as required
Developing and optimizing security plans for branches throughout the Philippines, and following up with updates
Keeping in touch with relevant parties involved in the security management work, and preparing for engagement with relevant external departments
Assessing current security situation, identifying security trends and advising on potential security concerns affecting the clients assets, activities and interests in the Philippines
Ensuring that fire detection devices and fire-fighting equipment are operational on the premises.
Assuming responsibility for security personnel management.
