Overview
**This position will be physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP**
The Security Screener provides total oversight of the administrative and operational functions of the Badging and Screening section. The position is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the section's overall activities and functions. The position requires maturity, judgment, communication skills, team focus in addition to good temperament skills. The position regularly interacts internally and externally with the customer and other government representatives. Daily interface with all levels of the Program’s administrative and operational sections will also be required.

Oversees quality control checks of all base access and badge requests to ensure completeness and correctness in accordance with installation access policies
Evaluate how overall work center performance is meeting Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
Manages communications with Site Supervisors and addresses all issues concerning the Badging and Screening processes or policies after initial review
Delivers quality assurance of correct and complete packets and assists in scheduling all screening interviews
Actively participates in meetings and discussions pertaining to the activities encompassed in the administrative and management functions of the Screening Cell.
Will be the lead point of contact for the badging and screening office to the LOGCAP Program leadership
Evaluate and resolve customer complaints and take actions to preclude reoccurrence.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if a degree is required.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field is preferred.
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Experience
A minimum of five (5) years' in a DOD environment (Civilian or Military), with at least five (3) years' of leadership/management experience.
The candidate must also be able to work under pressure in a high tempo environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Must have higher or Senior level organizational skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Project nd Visio.
Ability to work with very diverse workforce.
Excellent English communicator both in writing and verbally.
Expertise in how SOP'S, Plans, Work Instructions, processes are executed is a must.
Proven skills in Analytical/Problem Solving.
