The Opportunity:
We have an exciting new position available for an experienced Security Manager to be responsible for 2 mine sites in the Arequipa region of Peru. You will assist in developing and managing systems for the security of employees, assets and property of the company.
If you are highly trained in security measures and have previous knowledge in mining operations, then this position could be a great fit for you.

Key Focus:
Develop the companies overall security business strategy.
Oversee and manage 2 sites including company staff and contractor staff
Conduct security investigations when needed
Plan the safe transportation of ore from Northern Peru and minimalize the risks
Tighten up security protocols to limit the chance of losses or theft
Develop security procedures for both sites
Ensure preparedness for all levels of identified threats
Competencies / Attributes:

Bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English
80-90% site based
