Full Job Description
The Executive Protection Specialist role provides a safe environment enabling clients to rest at ease and conduct personal/business matters and travel. The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, has a passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience to clients.
Job Expectations
Provide close protection and other security-related functions for the client during domestic and/or international assignments;
Work with a team in counter surveillance operations.
Perform protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments.
Transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments
Effectively manage the client and/or their family/representative requests against the need to ensure all safety and security precautions.
Respond to emergencies
Deescalate tense situations or individuals that arise at the client’s residence and/or events;
Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner.
Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports. shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements.
Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.
Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment;
Promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures.
All other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years security experience, including at least five years in a protective services role
A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
Valid BSIS Guard Card
Valid BSIS Firearms Permit
Valid California Concealed Weapon Permit

Preferred Qualifications
Valid EMT Certification
Firearms training
Reputable EP training
Military or Law Enforcement encouraged to apply
