JOB OVERVIEW/PURPOSE/SCOPE
Maintains teams mission readiness.
Responsible for maintaining team’s capability to immediately respond, provide Command & Control, and eliminate hostile threats on site.
Assist emergency services as directed.
Manages team welfare, administration, and training.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.
Conducts unilateral and joint defensive security operations IAW current TTP’s, Base Defense Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, and CONOP's.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Command unilateral or joint defensive security operations IAW current TTP’s, Acuity Security Plan, Standard Operating Procedures, and CONOP's.
Assist emergency services as directed.
Manages team welfare, administration, and training.
Conduct mission planning and supervise all mission preparation.
Coordinates and liaise with all ERT forces to include other sections within the Security Group (Static Guards, PSD, EOD, etc.) for response to situations as directed by Emergency Response Manager.
Ensures all team members are incompliance and implements relevant sections of ISO 18788: Management Systems for Private Security Operations.
Applies sound judgement while planning, coordinating, and executing operational requirements of the Acuity Security Plan, and the Performance of Work Statement (PWS), IAW the relevant law of the Government of Iraq (GOI), International Law, Rules for Use of Force, and US Law for security companies operating overseas.
Conducts daily Team briefing(s) and training.
Remains current regarding emerging threats and vulnerabilities that may adversely impact the program and communicate said threats to all team personnel.
Carries out other duties, responsibilities, and tasks as directed by management.


QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONSCollege degree preferred.
WPPS/WPS certification preferred.

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Must be a US national.
Must be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
High school diploma required.International Drivers Permit required.Highly computer literate, including MS Office Suite.
Must have knowledge and experience with foreign weapon systems.Experience with electronic security systems, static guard force operations with integrated towers and K9 support, and entry control point procedures highly preferred.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard base defense strategies.
Ability to produce clear, concise, and detailed reports of sufficient quality to the ERT Manager.
Resume defines 6 years’ experience working in security roles while assigned to a Private Security Company, US Government Agency, US Military Combat Arms MOS, US Law Enforcement, or a combination thereof.
Resume defines 4 years’ experience leading teams of 9-11 personnel while assigned to Private Security Company, US Government Agency, US Military Combat Arms MOS, US Law Enforcement, or a combination thereof.
Resume defines 4 years’ experience in security roles while assigned in any of the following countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Israel.
If using military time to meet qualifications, resume must include DD-214 (other referenced certifications may be required upon request of Hiring Official)
Experience with mentoring, training, advising, or teaching foreign military, government, or law enforcement highly preferred.
Good people skills, communications skills, and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships.
Willing to be flexible regarding work hours and respond quickly to time sensitive or urgent requirements.
