Role Purpose


The role of (Senior) Consultant, Crisis and Security Consulting is that of a fee-earning consultant in a client focused delivery role, supporting clients and other team members to deliver security risk consulting services with a focus on security reviews, security awareness and crisis management training.


Tasks and Responsibilities

Delivery of fee earning consultancy, including but not limited to security vulnerability assessments (site/project/supply-chain/business), planning and training focussed tasks.
Delivery of security awareness and crisis management trainings.
Support consultancy assignments in scoping, delivery and reporting.
Ensure that practices, policies, strategy and services are fully aligned with client need.
Delivery of tasks for clients on time, on budget, to the highest standards.
The role may involve significant travel to client sites and Control Risks offices (across the region).

Requirements
Knowledge and experience:Master’s degree or similar experience
Significant, recent and relevant experience in security consulting, crisis management and training.
Proven track record delivering security awareness and crisis management trainings.
Proven track record delivering ESSP, security plans for OIV or other French market specific security and business continuity consulting.

Qualifications and skills:
Full fluency in both French and English is essential. A third European language would be advantageous
Exceptional written and interpersonal communications skills.
