Responsibilities
1. To implement and drive the ByteDance's Global Physical &Technical Security strategy. 2. Provide limited-notice Executive Protection support (including travel) to all sites. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto develop and implement best practices. 4. Develop and present Security-related training material.
Qualifications
1. Minimum educational requirement of a degree in Criminology, Security Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; While a Bachelor’s or advanced degree is preferred, relevant work experience would also be accepted. 2. Experience concurrently managing the security operations of multiple sites. 3. Strong experience identifying and analyzing the present and future security needs of an organization. 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and strong business acumen. 5. Familiarity with Executive Protection programs, policies and support.
