Risk Analysis Manager - Ukraine

6 weeks in 6 weeks off rotation, however rotations may be increased/reduced for operational reasons

Services
In the role of Risk Analysis Manager Ukraine (RAM) you will be required to produce daily, weekly, and monthly written security intelligence reports to a high standard that will be delivered to an educated and informed client base. You will identify gaps in information systems that the client(s) require and derive methods of fulfilling them. You will be expected to maintain databases that support the client from a risk management perspective.

You will identify reliable sources of security incident data. You will plot incidents and activity country-wide onto software and mapping systems, conduct area research for specific tasks, deliver accurate and timely threat assessments, collect, collate, analyze and disseminate pertinent security and politically related information countrywide, and regionally if relevant. You will deliver verbal presentations to senior clients, deliver high quality written responses to requests for information. You will produce accurate, detailed, and timely reports on specific events of note, supporting GW Operations staff and GW Global Head Offices in accordance with GW Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.

Site Security Surveys and Vulnerability Surveys (SSVS) - you may be called upon to conduct extensive security surveys of client venues and sites, identifying physical and procedural weaknesses and providing recommendations to mitigate. You will provide the appropriate reports in both written and verbal formats as dictated by the client(s).

Networking – You will be required to establish and expand upon information sources and reliable data streams that answer the relevant information requirements.

Operations – You may be called upon to assist with the delivery of operations, conducting, producing, and updating regional threat assessments and reconnaissance reports as required. In conjunction with GW operations, you may be called upon to answer critical information requirements for situational awareness teams as established.



Role Requirements
Degree educated and/or equivalent level of experience.
Minimum of five years security intelligence experience.
A firm understanding of, and the ability to build upon the conflict situation in Ukraine and its potential impact across the wider region.
Must be comfortable working as a standalone subject matter expert embedded as part of a small operational team.
Must be comfortable and capable using IT equipment, MS Office, and associated programs.
Written and verbal English grammar must be to an excellent standard.
Must be confident, and capable of creating and delivering presentations to senior clients, small and larger sized audiences.
Must be able to efficiently research and interrogate information systems and present findings in both verbal and written formats.
Being suitably qualified and able to assist with operations as required and directed is desirable in the earlier stages of establishing the GardaWorld presence.
Preferably be ex-military or law enforcement with an excellent record of conduct, must not have a criminal record and must not be dishonourably discharged from any employment.
