The Global Security Specialist in Executive Protection covers all aspects of protective operations both domestically and outside the United States and operates within a small team environment with a responsibility to ensure the safety and security of designated individuals and assets.

This position will reside in Culver City, CA and will require domestic and international travel.

Key Qualifications
5+ years professional experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military special operations is required. Experience in the entertainment and corporate spaces highly desirable.
Understand and demonstrate experience in protection concepts to include protective intelligence, talent security, secure transportation, contingency planning, counter surveillance and have experience in international and domestic travel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work collaboratively with a strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of physical security systems to include, but not limited to intrusion detection systems, CCTV, and other security related software/hardware.
Strong computer skills and be proficient in the development of Keynote presentations.
Self-motivated, ability to work without direct supervision, and understand security concepts and theories. Adept at identifying and managing vendors for concurrent projects globally.
Extraordinary organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
Good physical condition and capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
Basic medical training preferred.

Description
We work under stressful conditions and often times ambiguous environments. We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure and can handle a variety of different tasks including but not limited to:
Coordinate security related duties such as executive/talent protection, asset protection, safety/emergency planning, risk assessments, special event planning, etc.
Prioritize strategies with a holistic approach to security to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risk.
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing discrete executive/talent protection services.
Quickly collect, analyze, and disseminate information in a timely manner.
Coordinate regularly with cross-functional team members and various service providers and agencies.
Travel frequently, often on short notice, including globally.
Regularly conducts advance operations and develops, implements, and audits internally/externally developed security plans.
Available on-call for emergencies and be adaptable to constantly evolving schedules which may include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work with highly confidential information.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
