Report: The Security Affairs Manager - APAC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide security core services and advice to senior leaders and management regarding asset protection, insider threat, travel security, risk intelligence, and strategic projects. Serves as Center of Excellence of Security Functions, to protect people, assets, information, and reputation of the company.
Conduct proactive security reviews and risk vulnerability assessments of the company’s sites and operations throughout the region to identify potential concerns, prioritize operational gaps and identify necessary corrective actions
Provide journey-specific threat assessments and mitigation strategies to support the Company’stravel security program
Implement & oversee physical security programs and projects(e.g. security systems, guarding service and professional security service, etc.)
Implement crisis management protocol that will provide support to management and help ensure business resilience/continuity and lead tabletop exercises for the region/country’s crisis leadership team
Supervise, motivate, and effectively manage the performance and quality of service provided by external security vendors
Partner closely with Compliance and Internal Audit and support their investigations and other initiatives of mutual interest.
Collaborate with law department colleagues to conduct legal actions and proceedings related to security issues and incidents.
Conduct security-led investigations and implement risk/loss mitigations measures
Build strong relationships with the regional management leadership team and colleagues from compliance, government relations, human resources, internal audit, and legal departments
Coordinate and execute executive protection details in the region
Steward and strengthen relationships with external security experts and local/federal law enforcement officials across the region
Recommend and justify security investments needed to protect regional assets
Establish and deliver on strategic goals specifically tailored to address known and emerging security risks across the region
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in risk management, business, law, security, criminal justice, political science, or another related field
Required Experience:
Minimum 7 years of security risk management experience in multinational companies.
Creative thinker, be able to proactively collaborate with various departments and build up trust working relationships with stakeholders within the organization.
Experience building and executing high-quality, operational security programs.
Experience in the law enforcement/public sector department is a plus.
CPP, CFE or other relevant certifications are a plus.
