Role Description:

Role is that of a Protective Security Manager (PSM) for France. The aim is to provide a safe and secure work environment for French employees, plus visitors and others, based in Admin office Rue La Boetie and two other sites (co-lo and WARC).

Reporting into the Regional Security Manager, the France PSM is responsible for the safety and security of people and bank assets at all of the bank’s French offices. The aim of role is to ensure all systems and processes operate successfully and that the people, premises, assets and information of Bank of America are adequately protected, safe and secure.

The role is responsible for identifying threats and security issues relevant to the bank’s offices, as well as protection of personnel travelling on business, crisis management and parts of business recovery.

Main Responsibilities

Security threat management and risk mitigation development through the creation and implementing of policies, procedures and security initiatives.
Conduct security risk assessments, site surveys, audits and reviews.
Implement physical security (including technical security) recommendations and solutions.
Implement security awareness programmes to promote a culture of safety and security.
Collaborate with our vendor security companies to provide manned guarding, technical security installation and maintenance.
Engagement and coordination with key stakeholders
Incident management and investigation of security related incidents.
Liaison with financial sector colleagues, law enforcement and security vendors.
Support the wider Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Corporate Security team with their activities.

Through an intelligence driven, prevention focused security program, the EMEA Corporate Security team strives to provide a safe and secure environment for all of the bank employees and customers, protect the banks brand, minimize risk and exposure from both current and emerging threats, and consistently deliver excellent services and results.

Core Skills:

Essential:

Detailed knowledge of security risk management processes and best practice
Being an active member of security industry lead body (e.g. Security Institute)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent attention to detail and high level of concern for order and quality
Superb communication and negotiation skills
Preferred:

Knowledge of operational risk and audit processes
Knowledge of business continuity practices
