Synopsis
Build and manage Aviation cyber Security function as per international standards and best proactive to maintain a cyber secured aviation operation environment
Ensure compliance with GCAA, IATA and any Aviation regulatory requirements around cyber and Information Security are delivered and managed
Liaise and corporate with internal business functions and external bodies and interties to integrate aviation cyber security requirements where needed to improve EAG Aviation cyber security posture
Work with business functions to ensure the delivery of aviation cyber security as part of business continuity plan
Ensure aviation cyber security service continuity during abnormal circumstances
Accountabilities
Support the managed service provider in developing and maintaining an Aircraft Security Program in accordance with the departmental strategy
Ensure the validity of the Aircraft Security Program and services through regular testing, plan updates and maintenance
Implement improvement process based on the results of the exercises/tests
Develop and deliver an appropriate Awareness Program to be used enterprise-wide for the purposes of educating stakeholders on the importance of a comprehensive Aviation Cyber Security Program
Ensure that the managed service provider creates and maintain required documentation which at a minimum should include impact analysis, risk assessment, recovery plans, contacts lists and test plans
Create KPIs and dashboards to report the business continuity status of business units to senior management
Support the service provider in evaluating the technical Disaster Recovery capabilities of the IT infrastructure and developing plans to improve them
Act as the primary point of contact for the service provider in the event of a disaster to support recovery activities
Ensure PKI Environment is up and performing the entitled requirements
Education & Experience
Industry and domain certifications such as IATA ACST, ISO 9001 or equivalent
ITIL Foundation certificate in ITSM desirable
At least 5 years of information systems Information Security management / Aviation Security work experience
Bachelor Applied Science of information technology certification (mandatory)
Experience in working in a dynamic context within a managed services, multi-vendor and geographically-dispersed organizational environment
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards incident resolution and task completion
Deep knowledge of Aviation Cyber Security best practices and methodologies
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
