SOSi is currently seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to support a large intelligence support services contract in the CENTCOM AOR. The program supports the coordination, planning, and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation, production, dissemination, and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies.
Responsibilities
Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information.
Provides research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings. Provides guidance, case management, and supports operations.
Serves as a client liaison and coordinates with sub-contractors, government personnel, and technical experts.
Research, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U. S. civilian intelligence community.
Present assessments to intelligence community. Assists with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.
Qualifications
Active in scope TS/SCI with current CI Scope Polygraph – (with one year of currency minimum) or willing to undergo CI Scope Polygraph prior to deployment is a plus.
Master’s Degree or at least ten years relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with six to eight years relevant experience is a plus.
10 years analytical experience at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0205 Master Analyst, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst, 0291 Intelligence Chief or U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist or USAF – 14NX Intelligence Officer , 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771 HUMINT Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes is a plus.
Multiple deployments to different AORs.
Superb communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level.
Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Expert knowledge in the following areas: SWA and/or Middle East regional issues, political analysis, threat and terrorist organizations (ISIS and AQ aligned groups).
Knowledgeable in structured intelligence techniques and procedures.
Ability to meet and sustain all pre-deployment and deployment medical and dental screening process requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Intelligence Analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
Experience working with DoD Special Operations intelligence.
Language skills such as Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Russian, German, or Italian.
Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
Working Conditions
Frequent travel and TDY within the USCENTCOM AOR.
Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
