BAT Brazilis is looking for a security intelligence Coordinator.
Role Positioning And Objectives:
This role is part of Legal & External Affairs.
The role is responsible for Daily field coordination and support, operations security and control of intelligence KPIS.
Reports to: Security management
Geographic Scope: Rio de Janeiro
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Daily, coordinate and take place in the security operations of BAT, by giving support to the incidents that take place in the field team.
Take part in weekly reunions with the intern stakeholders, giving solutions to the operation problems with the intelligence/prevention as a priority, with previously analysis and after incidents.
Constantly map/look over of the process in the area and examinate the risk of the daily operation (intelligence) in BAT.
Accompany/analyze the monthly and annual numbers of lost, events and trends of the operation (insights).
Create monthly presentations to help with the decisions of business (corporative vision).
Coordinate the Business Continuity Plan process of all BAT Brasil, together with the internal stakeholders. Also guarantee the planning of formal documents and its checks.
Coordinate and create monitoring rupture scenarios, with the intelligence report, gathering datum and generating insights for the business.
Knowledge in planning and executing projects. Also, control of the area contracts, payments and budget.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in related areas
Advanced English level
Knowledge of MS Office package
Good communications skills, analytical, leadership, organize & interpersonal relations.
Knowledge of administrative routine related with security area, measurement, service inspection & risk analysis of security.
