PAE is in need of an Operations Site Leader to support our OASIS Program in Kenya.
The Operations/Site Lead shall provide leadership, management and guidance for all contractor personnel on-site in East Africa AO. The Operations/Site Lead shall be a liaison for Government personnel at the site and shall serve as the focal point for contractor operations. The Operations/Site Lead shall ensure deployed contractor personnel coordinate activities with the local U.S. military Chain of Command. The Operations/Site Lead shall also be responsible for tasks to include overseeing on-site ground operations, coordinating contractor personnel rotations, overseeing in- and out-processing of contractor personnel for the host country, and final operations approval authority for the contractor. The Operations/Site Lead shall be located on site in East Africa AO where aircraft operate and PR/CASEVAC operations occur. The contractor may provide up to three Operations/Site Leads on a rotational basis.
It is required that the Operations/Site Lead has the following qualifications:
Possess an active Secret clearance.
It is desired that the Operations/Site Lead has the following qualifications:
Five years’ experience managing operations, maintenance, and logistics of deployed aircraft.
Five years’ experience managing PR/CASEVAC services.
Five years’ experience managing PR/CASEVAC services for SOF within the last eight years.
Possess current or previous qualification for weapons.
