Hart Australia is looking for a dynamic training coordinator to work across multiple safety and security training programs. You would be part of a small, professional team of like-minded, engaging individuals.
Please note: This role is based in Canberra, ACT.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Either Military, Tactical Policing, or NGO security background
5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
Experience with designing and delivering training programs and workshops
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lead a full training cycle
Experience with learning management software (Including WebEx, Teams, Zoom, Arlo, Rise)
Ability to manage inhouse training talent
Excellent organisational skills
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance
Outstanding managerial skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Good client interface
