You’ll need to understand the big picture strategy and work with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will be customer curious when critically thinking and leading all aspects of corporate threat intelligence, physical security, and executive/travel security.

What You'll Do
Personal security and escort services for executives and at-risk individuals
Conduct ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
Advise on the development of procedures and training for emergency management plans
Provide rapid response and investigation support to relevant security incidents or issues
Maintain communication with the executive(s) regarding all aspects of protective operation processes
Collaborate with Corporate Security and related teams to ensure the timely exchange of information regarding schedules, threats, travel, and administrative requirements
Responsible for operational decisions that enhance safety for executives
Work independently on projects, from conception to completion
Operates motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner.

Who You Are
Significant experience in security or executive protection. Experience in a corporate/private setting with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of generating trust and forming alliances with internal and external partners.
Extensive experience managing close protection and event security operations in a complex, global environment.
Experience working with Protective and Intelligence teams.
Experience conducting risk and residential security assessments.
Demonstrated record managing vendors/suppliers and controlling costs, increasing efficiencies and identifying growth opportunities.
Working knowledge of security systems
Ability to be flexible and travel both domestically and internationally with limited notice
Possess a valid driver’s license
CA Guard Card and CPR certification preferred
Medical experience (e.g. EMT, First Responder, Paramedic) preferred
Must possess a valid concealed weapons permit (CCW) in the State of California
Must qualify for Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) certification
