Responsibilities & Expectations
Surveillance Detection and Protective Response Team Members partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats facing corporate executives at their places of residence. Team members detect and report suspicious activity, security vulnerabilities near client residences, as well as providing immediate on-site support in the event of a security incident.
Minimum Requirements
Drug and nicotine-free; required to participate in ongoing drug and nicotine screenings.
Physically fit; must complete physical readiness test prior to job offer. Team members must maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard at all times.
Pass our pre-employment background investigation.
Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must be able to obtain a state guard card and firearms license.
Desired Qualifications
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation, and communication/coordination with law enforcement, etc.
Prior training in surveillance operations, surveillance detection, incident response, emergency medicine, defensive tactics, arrest techniques, security driving, etc.
Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
