About you
You are someone who has the ability to make quick decisions in emergencies or when a rapid response is required and are able to communicate complex concepts orally. You have a bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, political/social science, psychology, criminal justice, law, international relations, international development, or a related field. You have a minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in security, risk or disaster or emergency management in the public or private service areas, such as national security, or in a corporate environment.

About the role
In this role you will:

Work closely with all safety and security focal points to ensure country policies, plans and procedures are up-to-date and followed.
Manage the travel safety portfolio and assist country offices in developing risk assessments and mitigation plans related to staff safety and security.
Initiate, conduct, and monitor the security risk management process to enable the continued delivery of Nutrition International programs while ensuring the safety, security and well-being of staff, and security of premises and assets.
Provide support and advice as required related to all security-related matters.
