Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement Company Risk & Safety policy, procedures and guidelines
In charge of administration and operations of the Risk & Safety team
To conduct risk assessment, preventive measures and carry out investigation of hotel incidents
To lead the team and organize effective training to improve effectiveness
To maintain close relationship with Government bodies or hoteliers in exchanging information on crime prevention
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in which 3 years in senior level
Intensive knowledge in security risk management, loss prevention and crime prevention
Solid knowledge and experience in asset protection, disciplined force management and emergency planning
Possess good communication and problem solving skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certification
Previous experience in the hospitality industry and good computer knowledge is preferred
