Responsibilities
Oversee the production of intelligence reports and threat assessments for the designated region/function.
Provide analytical guidance and content review for all intelligence reporting for the designated region/function.
Analyze and assess risks and threats to Facebook's people, assets, and reputation across the designated region/function.
Monitor all-source information to proactively identify and assess threats that could potentially impact Facebook's global workforce and business operations.
Provide leadership and guidance related to the direction and completion of team projects and products.
Train, coach, and mentor internal team members, including leading the onboarding and training of new team members and maintaining the internal training program.
Support an environment of protecting Facebook's people, assets, and reputation through pro-active intelligence reporting, information sharing, and partnering with Global Security and cross-functional FB partners.
Utilize structured analytic techniques to develop tailored intelligence products and provide threat warning notifications to Facebook decision-makers, regionally and globally.
Gather and analyze data to facilitate improvements in the methodologies, tools and techniques to enable the team to scale and optimize operations to mitigate potential risk.
Appropriately leverage resources, technology, information, and tactics in a manner that protects reputation and minimizes risk.
Develop and sustain a collaborative partnership with headquarters and regional partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners and leaders to effectively support their respective Departments.
Drive a respectful team culture centered on open communication, sharing, listening, and recognition of team members at all levels.
Represent Facebook in external networking and organizations, as directed by Global Intelligence Manager.
Manage external and vendor relationships, as directed by Global Intelligence Manager.
Follow company procedures and processes as it relates to Global Security best practices, and handling of confidential information.
Flexible work schedule, able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Travel to regional and global offices and events annually (<25%).

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Relevant work experience in analytical disciplines, such as risk intelligence, threat analysis, business intelligence/analysis, competitive/market intelligence/analysis, crisis management, or business continuity.
Demonstrated experience leading small-to-mid-size teams.
Deep understanding and experience covering EMEA region.
Highly collaborative individual capable of working with cross-functional partners and global/regional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work with highly confidential information.
Ability to work with 24/7 operations.
Experience completing multiple tasks simultaneously and functioning in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proven effectiveness in communication skills and ability to distill communication based on the target audience, including executive-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant working experience with global exposure is an added advantage.
Fluency in foreign language(s), possess overseas work experience or strong professional network is a plus point.
Experience from private sector is preferred.
