Low Profile Residential Security Lead (USA)

Location: United States Remote

Salary ranging from $115k-125k, depending on experience

The Low Profile Residential Security Lead is responsible for supervising Residential Security Agents that provide friendly and discreet fixed site security supporting an international Executive Protection Program. Members of this detail will undergo a paid one week short term assignment before being made a formal offer. Members will be expected to travel globally on rotations that consist of 20 days on and 10 days off and can be based anywhere in the U.S. This detail operates in a dynamic, multifaceted, and very fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Supervise, lead and mentor Residential Security Agents while performing operational RST duties.
Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their property
Monitoring of multiple security technology systems to include alarms and cameras, and competence to identify and properly act on security risks
Controlling access to properties and maintenance of security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors using Envoy
Opportunities for driving and special off-site assignments/details as directed
Helping to build and execute existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e. medical supplies, communications devices, etc.)
Domestic and International travel based on operational needs


Skills and Experience Required:

A combination of 3-6 years of relevant security and/or military/law enforcement experience
Must have 2 years of supervisory experience
Must be willing to travel and have a valid passport
Be willing to work 18 days per month (2 travel days and 10 days off)
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion
Must be able to work both independently and in a coordinated team environment
Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps
Must maintain valid licenses in the states where they are required
Μust have a valid driver's license and clean DMV driving record
Must maintain a current CPR/AED/First Aid cert.
Must be clean cut and physically fit
Excellent communicator with the ability to professionally and successfully converse with, superiors, peers, and others
Must be proficient in report writing and have a working knowledge of various computer programs
Drug and nicotine-free; must pass a drug screening and submit to periodic screenings throughout employment
Specific training will be provided upon hire


Desired:

Prior ERT/SWAT/SOF and Executive Protection experience//Residential Security experience
Bilingual (Spanish or Portugese preferred)
Training in defensive driving, defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, and covert protection experience
Prior attendance of a recognized EP school (i.e. ESI, EPI, Oatman, PFC, ITG4, TFTT)
Wilderness NR-EMT
