Position Summary: We are seeking an Executive Protection (EP) Operational Supervisor, reporting to the Head of EP. The EP Supervisor will act as the on-the-ground commander accountable for the success of all aspects of EP details (close protection mission planning, execution, and oversight). Planning responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to domestic and international policies & procedures; advances & reconnaissance; equipment sourcing & implementation; communications & incident report writing; and executive briefings. This position will be a part of the global Physical Security Team, working in collaboration with protective intelligence. The new hire will help to ensure the safety & security of our VIP and high-value assets; office-based personnel & guests; commercial work sites; company-sponsored special events; and enterprise brand & reputation both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities: · Provide dynamic close protection support for executives and VIPs. · Create, implement, and improve a nascent EP Program. · Provide limited-notice EP support (including travel). · Conduct risk assessments and security advances in preparation for protection operations. · Provide analytical expertise in collaboration with cross-functional Headquarters and Regional departments and offices. · Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including primary and open-source intelligence (OSINT). · Conduct security and threat assessment audits of residential & commercial properties and make recommendations for improving security measures. · Provide high customer service and expert EP logistics support as needed and possibly on short notice when protected persons travel both domestically and abroad. · Participate and/or lead training sessions and review company training materials to maintain professional competencies and to ensure approved & consistent training/messaging. · Liaise with local, federal, and international law enforcement. · Carry out all responsibilities in an unimpeachably ethical and professional manner.

 
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university is preferred. · Valid government-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. · Valid passport for international travel; ability to work autonomously CONUS or OCONUS. · Advanced medical and driving/travel logistics experience are preferred; a minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED (pediatric and adult) certification is required. · California CCW and/or HR 218 is required. · Experience in special operations military or law enforcement is a plus. · Proof of specialized EP training in driving, first aid, and marksmanship is preferred. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
