RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for leading the Global Security strategy for the Colgate Palmolive Manufacturing Facility in Świdnica Poland Plant.
Risk & Crisis Management of facility (plant, warehouse), personnel, product, cargo.
Oversees the implementation of an approved Global Security program for Swidnica and supports the programs for European manufacturing facilities. These include but are not limited to facilities protection, investigations, supply chain security, brand protection, workplace security, and personal security.
Working in consultation with Global Security identifies, develops, implements, and maintains security processes, practices, and policies to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure and liability in all areas of assets, physical, personal, and reputational risk.
Incorporates approved Global Security standards and guidelines into projects to include construction, renovation and production related projects. Ensures conformity of current and planned security operations with host country applicable laws and regulations.
Maintains consistent communication and flow of information with all security stakeholders in his/her area of responsibility.
Strategic Planning for asset security and site risk assessment..
Creating Guard Orders to support policies and procedures. Manage all guard operations on site and ensure security company and tours of facility are conducted per the contract through procedural and technical means.
Provide technical support to the Manufacturing Director, HR manager, procurement department, and other relevant departments for the selection of security service providers and monitor procurement costs and performance of these providers.
Monitors proper administration of budget expenditures, assets and projects in the department to include the development of cost proposals for new initiatives.
Builds relationships with regional peers and leaders in the region. Benchmarks with partners and peers in the industry and shares best practices.
Provides Global Security Management in NYC with results of periodic security assessments and audit reports.
