Global Security Regional Lead , USA

Responsibilities
Partnering with the Director, Global Security and Crisis Preparedness and Global Security Center of Excellence Lead to execute day-to-day operational tasks, activities and requirements
Conducting and documenting investigative activity in conjunction with or at the direction of Global Business Conduct (as needed)
Ensuring suspicious incidents and threat information occurring in the geographic area of responsibility are identified, properly addressed, reported and documented
Building trusted relationships with key site leadership to ensure good exchange of information and viewpoints
Serving as the security lead and advocate for company sites in the geographic area of responsibility
Informing leadership and providing advice/recommendation on risk mitigation in response to threats or potential threats
Screening personnel for risk
Serving as the focal point within the geographical area of responsibility for operational inquiries ensuring a thoughtful, consistent, thorough response and positive customer experience
Providing guidance and coordination for approval on facility projects requiring integration of security technologies and capabilities
Providing guidance and coordination for approval on installation and use of surveillance equipment including but not limited to cameras, access control, GPS and drones
Supporting the corporate Executive Protection program as needed, including providing advice and guidance regarding travel to senior executives within the geographic area of responsibility
Responding to, investigating, and documenting potential insider threat indicators displayed by contractors and/or company employees
Assisting with building and maintaining critical and external security relationships
Executing corporate travel security program including identification and vetting of preferred lodging, eating establishments, etc for frequently visited locations as well as briefings and debriefings of travelers to high risk locations or events
Overseeing execution of security guard contract(s) activities within the geographic area of responsibility
Executing supply chain security program in compliance with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) as applicable in the geographic area of responsibility
Ensuring compliance with Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) and Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) requirements in the geographic area of responsibility
Conducting and documenting site assessments supporting Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) know your customer requirements as needed in the geographic area of responsibility
Ensuring compliance with Food Defense requirements in the geographic area of responsibility
Conducting and documenting site vulnerability assessments in the geographic area of responsibility
Assisting in the coordination and execution of operational readiness inspections/evaluations/audits of company sites and facilities

Qualifications
Knowledge and Skill Requirements.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience: At least 7 years relevant experience in security, law enforcement, government organization or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Ability to hold a government sponsored security clearance (preferred)
Knowledge in executive protection and supply chain security (preferred)
Overseas experience with engagement of senior level U.S. and foreign government officials (preferred)
Strong leadership and employee management skills (preferred)
Working knowledge of cybersecurity (preferred)
