Description:  
The Security Risk Manager role is multi-dimensional; key aspects of which will be to provide Security Risk Management (SRM) expertise and support to the worldwide Design Teams and their site selection process; to assist the Head of Security Risk Management with implementing the security risk management framework and to support security teams to conduct security risk assessments. Reports to: Head of Security Risk Management (SRM)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Where appropriate, assist Area and Regional Security Managers with conducting security risk assessments including documentation and ensuring that the SRM framework is implemented consistently
Support the Head of SRM and stakeholders with security risk assessments and workshops for confidential projects
Support the Head of SRM with the development and delivery of risk training for stakeholders
With the Head of SRM, embark on a process of continuous improvement for the SRM framework to ensure it remains relevant to the needs of stakeholders
Manage the SRM Share Point site
Assume responsibility for the day to day use of the security tools and act as a focal point for future enhancements.
Regularly engage with managers to ensure programs are aligned and organizational learning is promoted.
Support the regions’ Risk Review Board process.
Regularly engage with security teams to ensure that all security risk activities are coordinated.
Build relationships with other risk teams in Risk Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent military or Law Enforcement service or experience
A minimum of 7 years of relevant security experience
A minimum of 5 years in a global team supporting security risk programs
Background in security systems and devices, Vulnerability/Risk assessment, Compliance/Audit, Quality Management, Reporting Research Results, Analyzing Information from large data sets for trending, gap and threat analysis, Statistical Analysis, Ad Hoc Reporting, Objectivity in a Corporate Environment, General Consulting Skills, Operations Research.
Proficient using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills - ability to influence without authority.
Strong analytical, writing, verbal, and organizational skills as well as excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Project management and large project execution experience
Conducting and managing investigations
Developing and implementing Intellectual Property programs
Developing and implementing Quality Assurance programs
Developing and implementing Security Risk Management
