Responsibilities
• Develop, direct, implement, maintain and lead the Vectrus Security Team in support of the LOGCAP V Iraq Task Order
• Interfaces with other Program Management, Company Managers and Sr Directors and Directors, as required. Participates in mandatory Program or Corporate Level meetings and training as directed.
• Be an integral part of the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Working Groups, chartered to develop plans and operational procedures for day-to-day security operations and increased security postures.
• Identifying training and development needs within Installation Operations Departments through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and PWS requirements.
• Design and expand training and development programs, developing effective indoctrination programs, develop lesson and training plans for initial and reoccurring training; produce training materials.
• Provide recommendations to plans, policies, methods, techniques and processes that will improve program management and the Iraq Task Order.
• Performs all other duties under the direction of Program Management, Senior Director and Director Installation Operations.
• Must be able to interact with senior military, corporate and LOGCAP V Program Management personnel.
• Participates in process improvement and quality review activities.
• Ensures compliance with applicable Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies and procedures.
• Coordinates closely with Program Support, Program Operations, and Quality organizations.
• Supports and assists Task Order departments with program support requirements, program operations requirements, recruiting activities, and quality activities.
• Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) IAW Corporate policies.
• Communicates professionally, both orally and written.
Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
· Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
· Must be a U.S. Citizen
· A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License, is required.
Experience:
· At least ten (10) years of Security Operations experience in the development of Plans, Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Experience in a Deployed location a plus.
