Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Security Investigator to work within Internal Services Group (ISG), Corporate Security Services Division (CSSD). The role is based within our Headquarters in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

CSSD conducts company based security related investigations in respect of serious and complex issues, including: fraud and financial crime, business ethics, abuse of authority, conflict of interest, harassment, crimes against the person, cybersecurity and data leakage, etc.

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate will have undertaken specialist and certificated training in an accredited Law Enforcement or other investigative organization dealing with serious crime, and is expected to hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business and Management, or Law.

Nine years of relevant experience in dealing with serious and complex crime or administrative investigations, with a comprehensive knowledge of investigative techniques, trends, and interviewing skills.

You will possess excellent problem solving and organization skills, and the ability to evaluate complex situations.

You will have the ability to present evidential findings in a concise manner, and compile high quality reports of investigation in written English.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to present case findings at a strategic level.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Investigate serious and complex security related issues falling under the scope of CSSD, in respect of non-compliance with the Company’s internal work rules, procedures, and laws.

Provide advice, guidance, and assessment on all case allegations received, and the formulation of comprehensive investigative action plans.

Communicate investigative strategies and plans with both CSSD management and case officers.

Undertake background and intelligence research, risk identification, and relevant checks on all allegations received and persons who are subject to interview.

Ensure that all interviews are conducted in accordance with the highest legal and professional norms, and statements taken are accurate and duly signed by all persons involved in the interview.

Compile high quality investigation reports of that are structured; and accurately summarize the investigative details, findings, and conclusions. You may be required to present these reports at a strategic level.

Identify business risks and process improvements during investigations, and ensures these are prioritized and disseminated as appropriate, to safeguard the Company and mitigate risk.

Ensure that all case-related documents and case files in both physical and electronic format are indexed, and maintained to the highest standards.

Mentor and train investigators in all aspects of an investigation, including interview techniques.
