Job Description
CACI is seeking ISR Strategist / ISR Collection Managers to support our customer in Tampa FL, Fayetteville NC, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems Joint Program Office (JDISS JPO) requires experienced Collection Management Subject Matter Experts (SME), on-site for Collection Management in a coalition environment and the management of deployed JDISS CMMA baselines to CENTCOM in Tampa, Florida. This position may require deployments to Tampa FL, Fayetteville NC, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq. The primary responsibilities of the candidate include:
Job responsibilities fall within the ISR Collection Management disciplines of Collections Requirements Management (CRM), Collections Operations Management (COM), ISR Plans and ISR Assessments.
Responsible for various ISR related functions to include: interacting with Intelligence personnel to develop EEI’s and effective Collection Strategies utilizing all-source intelligence assets, developing collection strategies, drafting and tracking collection requirements, maintaining ISR assessments data, and assisting with ISR operational planning.
Responsibilities include utilizing ISR systems (PRISM, GIMS, CRATE, etc.) to manage ISR collections operations.
This position may require deployments to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain or Iraq.
Another component of this position is providing on-site and off-site Collection Management training to US / Coalition personnel and developing written documentation in support of training initiatives.
Required Skills:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Collection Management Experience
ISR Assets Expertise (FMV, SIGINT, IMINT, etc.)
Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization, and Management (PRISM), GIMS, CRATE, or similar systems experience required
Ability to work independently overseas with no on-site company support or supervision.
Must be a self-starter with a robust knowledge of Collection Management processes.
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Google Earth and/or other visualization tools.
Training, Instruction experience preferred
