We are seeking former US Military Officers and Senior NCOs for a DOS Military Advisory Mission providing military advisory & training to African Nations.
Project: GPOI
Compensation: Commensurate with experience level and global location - housing/life support/travel/corporate benefits.
Senior PSO Staff Trainer
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US or Third Country National (TCN)
• Minimum of a BA or BS Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of fifteen (15) cumulative years of experience in military operations to include combat arms battalion/brigade level staff or as a civilian trainer of military staff required
• Familiar with standard military training concepts, practices, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
• U.S. Military combat arms experience and knowledge or PSO experience at battalion level and possess the ability to fill the role of TL if required to best support the goals and tasks of the GPOI Program
• Experience operating in areas with limited life support and in hardship conditions
• Military Education Level 3 or 4 (Command and General Staff College or equivalent) preferred
• United Nations Peacekeeping Operations experience preferred.
