Job Description
Provides management and oversight of all Logistics functions at the assigned site in support of the LOGCAP V Iraq Task Order; specific activities include but are not limited to: Supply Support Activity (SSA), Central Receiving Shipping Point (CRSP), Central Issue Facility (CIF), Transportation, Field Maintenance, Retail Energy, and Bulk Fuel.

Serves as a key customer contact for local activities, establishes milestones, monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources. Ensures all Logistics personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives.
Coordinates with the Customer and Vectrus Leadership.
Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
Computer, cell phone, vehicle and other office equipment

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Job assignments will involve work in and out-of-doors with exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust and high temperatures.

Duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures; up to 130F degrees in the summer months, as well as extreme cold areas of the world such as the Korean peninsula. Potential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs.; Work will require walking up and down stairs, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.


Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Bachelor’s Degree
Shall possess a secret clearance at minimum.

Experience:
The desired candidate must possess at least ten (10) years of multifunctional logistics experience relating to quartermaster, maintenance, and transportation and support services provided by the installation. Preferred candidates will possess at least six years of Army multifunctional logistics experience at a Supervisory level. Experience managing government contracts highly desired.

Skills:
Shall be capable of providing analysis of practices and problems of all functions of the Logistics department to increase the effectiveness of logistics support provided by the installation. Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with a working knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications. Great organizational and management skills with a strong ability to work independent as a member of a robust team.

SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide broad guidance and direction to a multinational team.
