Position Overview:
EOS is looking for an Operational Specialist to provide guidance and oversight to our Residential Security Teams. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of teams protecting executive residences in multiple locations, with a focus on vendor management, contract oversight, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Executive Protection (preferably with both residential and personal teams) that will allow them to think independently, make constructive recommendations for program improvements, and problem solves quickly. The position will closely liaise with other Protective Services elements, local law enforcement, Global Security, and private offices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage day to day coordination and support for the Residential Security Teams (RSTs) at various locations
Ensure that KPIs are met while maintaining a high level of customer service
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that RSTs have sufficient technical and logistical support to complete their mission
Provide timely and accurate reports and metrics on varied layers of service
Ensure that privacy and confidentiality guidelines and policies are met
Interface with cross-functional teams on questions regarding the support of executives
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
5+ years of executive protection experience
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of related experience
Able to adapt and maintain productivity in an ever-changing environment
Experience communicating, presenting, and fielding questions from Executives and their staff.
Proven experience utilizing, organizing, and motivating functional partners to explain requirements and gain buy-in
Experience with multi-disciplinary projects to accomplish the delivery of security services on a tactical level
Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple ongoing projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing security personnel
Experience tracking legal and training requirements for security personnel.
Experience working with private family offices
Knowledge of physical security elements
Knowledge of security systems and technology
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
