Service Description
The service consists in strengthening the coordination of security resources for the benefit of TOTAL Angola (onshore sites) in compliance with TOTAL security standards.
SCOPE OF THE SERVICE:
Monitor on daily basis the service provided by the PSC Private Security Companies (currently 3 PSCs, around 500 workers) for the protection of Total staff, families and assets in Angola.
Assess the performance of the PSCs against an updated risk assessment and propose relevant servisse adjustments.
Monitor the TOTAL security operations center.
Responsible for the Security Hotline, coordinate and when necessary intervene on the field for the benefit of collaborators in case of security event and/or to provide support in emergency/crisis situation.
Collect information and produce risk analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented security measures, ensure the follow-up of the action plan.
Draft, review, update, submit and implement security operating procedures and site security plans compliant with TOTAL specific regulations.
Conduct security audits of TOTAL assets.
Maintain performance tracking reports on the service of the PSCs to prepare Service quality meeting and third-party audit.
Prepare, conduct and control security exercises in coordination with the PSCs.
Define training objectives and programs and deliver dedicated security training.
Participate to crisis management if required.
Carry-out investigation to assess malicious act.
Design, update and deliver security inductions for the benefit of TOTAL collaborators.
Issue security specific reports concerning events within TOTAL perimeter.
Monitor security escorts (VIP, Airport, school, harbor, etc.), being able to coordinate with state forces.
Participate in the organization of TOTAL main events for security matters.
Promote security culture into every area of the entity's activities.
Benchmark with other companies, PSCs, departments in order to improve security practices.
Ensure that PSC's workers comply with TOTAL HSE regulation and practices.
Monitor the compliance of the PSCs with the VPSHR.
