NIB is seeking a

SECURITY AND FACILITIES COORDINATOR

to join the Office Services and Facilities Unit on a four-year-fixed term contract.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and flexible person who can think strategically while ensuring security and facilities operation responsibilities independently.

Main responsibilities include
Administration, control and monitor of the smooth functioning and maintenance needs of all safety and security systems/equipment in the Bank (access control, CCTV, burglar- and fire-alarm systems, panic-button systems, etc.).
Maintain and improve the rescue plan, evacuation maps and the floor evacuation officer group.
Execute the development and implementation targets of security measures based on the NIB’s security policy.
Monitor and coordinate the travel security alerts, risk reporting and instructions.
Maintain and coordinate the access management and key control instructions.
Develop and co-ordinate security services like reception service, mobile patrolling and security systems service providers.
External supplier management of service providers related to security of the premises and insurances.
Conduct awareness training about the basic security issues (evacuation, first-aid etc.).
Operatively analyse all safety or security incidents and events in the early phase to detect their possible connection to or potential escalation into a crisis.
Additional real estate and facilities support tasks.

Required qualifications
Technical knowledge and practical experience in the physical security/safety and infrastructure, failure prevention, detection and response, emergency management.
Minimum of 4+ years of broad experience in safety and facilities management and different business processes with relation to the financial sector as an advantage.
Business and risk analysis, problem solving, planning, project management and execution skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and in Finnish.
