Your Position And Your Responsibilties:
Under the supervision of the Country Director, you implement the logistics policy of the mission to guarantee logistics performance and provide the best support to programs in his area
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
Contribute to the definition of the mission's strategy and coordinate logistics at the national level
Manage international transport in connection with the head office
Implement the mission's security policy
Prevent and manage situations of fraud and corruption
Supervise and support the Logistics team in the capital and be the functional manager of the Logistics Managers on the bases (team of 4 people in coordination (Deputy RDD LOG + IT Manager, Link Expert and Energy Manager) and logistics teams in the field)
Your Profile
With a higher education in logistics management, you have a successful experience of at least 2 years as a logistics coordinator in an NGO, ideally acquired in an emergency context.
You are recognized for your ability to manage priorities, your availability and your diplomacy. Your excellent interpersonal skills and your rigor allow you to coordinate, supervise and train your teams successfully, as well as to consolidate relationships with suppliers.
A first experience in a complex security context would be appreciated.
Fluency in written and spoken French essential, with good writing skills. English is a plus.
Your Employment Condition:
Contract : 12 months fixed-term contract of use of French law to be filled immediately
Compensation and benefits :
Monthly gross entry salary of 2450 € to 2800 € gross depending on experience.
Per diem and living expenses: approximately 653 € net, paid on the ground.
+ 150 € of context allowance.
+ 16% of the gross monthly salary for retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French people.
+ Child allowance, limited to 5 children.
Transport and accommodation :
Support for travel to and at the workplace.
Single room in collective accommodation supported
Medical coverage : 100% coverage of medical costs + repatriation insurance.
Leave and RnR :
25 days of paid vacation per year.
20 RTT per year.
215 € paid for the recovery period (on average every 3 months).
Support for transport tickets to the reference recovery area.
Training :
Unlimited and free access to the Crossknowledge © certified e-learning platform.
Regional technical training or headquarters on average once a year + Intermission business workshop once a year.
Participation in external training costs according to the relevance of the file.
