Description:
Subject to contract award, SAKOM are seeking a Guard Force Commander that meets the following criteria for a position in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Minimum Requirements:
To have completed a secondary education or National Diploma
Minimum of ten years’ military, police or guard force experience
Previous experience in leadership roles
Minimum of five years’ work experience in the host country.
Computer literate to a basic level
Be proficient in speaking both the local language and English
Other:
Experience with risk management is required
Capable of holding a current host-country driver’s license
Be experienced in basic communications and radio use/procedures
Experience in preparing guard orders and weekly scheduling
Knowledge of X-Ray equipment such as that which exists at most International Airports, an additional benefit.
