Location: Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico
The Security Manager will have a significant operational experience in security operations in rural Mexico. As well as flexibility to travel between throughout Mexico and will have a proven track record in security management, corporate security and intelligence network creation.
Tasks and responsibilities
Review and implement the prevailing security documentation (plans and protocols) developed by the corporate security department.
Manage and supervise the local security guard force elements to ensure compliance with all protocols while maintaining high standards and professional conduct; carry out ongoing training to ensure that both new hires and experienced personnel understand security best practices and uphold them in the conduct of their daily duties
Review and implement the travel management plan for local and expatriate personnel
Manage monitoring resources and develop additional intelligence sources
Deliver intelligence and security updates to staff management in addition to briefing the corporate security department
Act as the immediate coordinator in the event of any high-impact, security-related incidents such as kidnaps and missing persons incidents, among others, where appropriate and as designated by in-country and corporate management
Report to and liaise with management for additional security-related tasks as required
Knowledge and experience

Operational experience in security operations in rural Mexico

Experience in industrial facilities in a security function
Experience in travel management plans

Experience in emergency response
